# Installation — Sprint 14

1. Back up the application and database.
2. Apply migrations 001–008 in order.
3. Apply seed `database/seeds/008_contract_clause_templates.sql` after legal review.
4. Copy backend files preserving structure.
5. Confirm `public/assets/baffoe-logo.png` is the approved corporate logo; replace it through the controlled branding process when necessary.
6. Assign Sprint 14 permissions to authorized roles.
7. Merge `frontend-integration/src/documents` into the React source and register the route.
8. Run PHP lint and document tests.
9. Test in staging with separate author, reviewer, approver and distributor accounts.
10. Do not use template contracts with clients or suppliers until reviewed for the applicable law, language and transaction.
